Cases we take

Car crash injuries

A wreck takes a few seconds. The claim that follows can take months, and the insurance company starts working on it the same day.

We handle injury claims from car, pickup and motorcycle crashes: rear-end collisions at a light, left turns across traffic, highway pileups, and hit-and-runs.

Most cases settle with an insurer. Some don't, and then we file suit and take the case to court. Either way, you'll know where your claim stands and what the next step is.

What we look into first

Fault is rarely as simple as the police report makes it look. Before we talk numbers, we gather what shows how the crash happened and what it cost you.

  • The crash report and any emergency call recordings

  • Photos, dashcam and nearby business video

  • Every driver's insurance, including your own uninsured motorist coverage

  • Medical records and bills, now and expected

  • Time missed from work

What to do now

Do what you can. We can help with the rest.

  1. 01

    Get checked out

See a doctor, even if you feel all right. Some injuries show up days later.

  2. 02

    Keep the paperwork

Save the report number, the other driver's information, bills and photos.

  3. 03

    Hold off on statements

You don't have to give the other driver's insurer a recorded statement. Talk to us first.

Questions we hear

What if the other driver has no insurance?

Your own policy may have uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage. We read your policy with you and make that claim if it applies.

Who pays my medical bills while the case is open?

Usually your health insurance or medical payments coverage at first. Those payers may ask to be paid back from a settlement, and we negotiate those amounts.

How long do I have to file?

There are deadlines, and they can be short, especially when a city or a tribe is involved. Call us early so a deadline doesn't decide your case.

Talk it through with us

The first meeting is free, and you don't need every detail ready.

Fees and case costs are explained in a written agreement before you sign anything.
