Personal injury, Tulsa
Mercer & Breck is a Tulsa firm with five practice groups. Our injury group is three attorneys and a case manager. The lawyer you meet first is the one who handles your claim, from the first call to the last check.

If we don't recover money, you owe no attorney fee. Case costs, like filing fees and medical records, are separate; your written agreement says how they're paid.
The injury group
You get a small group that knows your file, with the rest of the firm down the hall when a case touches work, family or an estate.

Clients
“Della called me every two weeks whether there was news or not. I never had to chase anybody.”
“Annie went through my mother's chart page by page and showed us where the care stopped. We finally understood what happened.”
“Joel told me on day one what my case was likely worth and why. The number at the end was close to what he said.”
