Marcus Redbird

Attorney

Where a crash happened can change which court hears it. I make sure we file in the right one.

I grew up in Okmulgee and joined the firm in 2017.

I work car and truck crash cases and wrongful death claims with Joel, and I handle the cases that belong in tribal court or involve a tribal entity. I also coordinate with our workers' comp group when a crash happens on the job.

How I work

I call back even when it's only to say there's no news yet. I want you to know who's working on your case and what they're doing this week.

On weekends I'm usually at a stickball game or out on Keystone Lake with my kids.
